Are you feeling weighed down by depression, stuck in anxious thought cycles, or overwhelmed by an unexpected life transition? Do you find yourself asking, "Why can't I handle this better?" or "When will I feel like myself again?" I specialize in helping women move through depression, anxiety, and major life changes.
My approach
I utilize CBT and ACT approaches to help you identify and manage unhelpful thought patterns. I will also educate you on emotional regulation skills, and we will practice them in session to help you manage symptoms of depression and anxiety and navigate major life changes outside of therapy.
