I utilize clear, open communication to help create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and ask that you reflect on your experiences and support you when we are working on challenging and difficult issues. We work together at your pace.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began as a victim advocate and a desire to assist help others to find strength through life’s challenges. Working with trauma survivors and first responders showed me the power of therapy in healing. I’m believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and change.

My goals for you

Therapy is a partnership. We establish your goals and work at your pace to achieve them. As you move through this process, I help you apply your new skills and identify new goals along the way.

Our first session

We work together to establish your goals and needs in an empathetic and safe environment. It is imperative to understand that we can work on each issue as long as necessary. You are in control of this process. I am here to facilitate the journey and encourage you along the way.
