Hi there, I'm Lisa!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming and scary. I applaud you on starting your journey, and I’m here to make sure that it is meaningful to you. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your goals.

My focus

I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds with a variety of issues. I specialize in trauma aging, and end-of-life issues, as well as trauma. Have you been struggling with anxious thoughts and self-doubt? I work with young adults who are managing anxiety, life transitions, and those seeking support for self-esteem issues.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns as well as help you create healthy coping mechanisms. I utilize a variety of approaches found in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, internal family systems therapy, and more. Based on your unique needs, I may also adapt my approach.
