My communication style is collaborative, honest, and empathetic. I strive to create an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood while also providing honest feedback and guidance when appropriate. I believe effective communication begins with active listening, asking thoughtful questions, and validating client's experiences.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals through collaboration, evidence-based interventions, and ongoing assessment of progress. Together, we break larger goals into manageable steps, identify barriers, build on strengths, and develop practical coping strategies.

Our first session

What you can expect during your first session is a safe, supportive space where you can openly share your experiences, concerns, and goals. We will work together to explore what brings you to therapy and begin identifying the changes you would like to see in your life.
