My therapeutic style is calm and attentive. I'm not a directive or overly confrontational therapist; instead, I focus on reflection and collaborative support. While I listen carefully and reflect thoughtfully, I also like to sprinkle in lighthearted moments-because growth doesn't have to be all serious!

Our first session

At your first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. We'll discuss your history and any questions you have about the therapy process. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, and there's no expectation to have everything figured out- this first session is simply a starting point!
