I work with clients from young children to middle age individuals. I have extensive experience treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, bipolar disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, ADHD, marriage issues, parenting and co-parenting, anger management, and adjustment disorders.

I integrate a diverse range of approaches in my practice, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, solution-focused, and trauma-informed care. Each approach offers unique insights and techniques that support your individual needs.

My journey to becoming a therapist started with a strong desire to help others from a young age. I have always been deeply inspired to see people succeed and be free of emotional pain. I guide my clients to connect with their inner selves in a way that leads them to improved well-being.

During our first session, you can expect a warm and supportive environment where you can share your reasons for seeking therapy. We explore personal history and current concerns. I will explain the therapy process, discuss confidentiality, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
