I am honest, calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I bring humor and light-heartedness when appropriate. My compassionate and down-to-earth nature allows clients to feel comfortable discussing their deepest concerns, enabling them to work towards personal growth and resolution.

My ability to be compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental has strengthened my belief that going into this field of service was my calling. I have experienced elements of invisibility, not being heard and judged, and how that significantly impacts mental health.

My approach to goal setting is a collaborative process between us. During the initial session, I gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique background, needs, and current circumstances. This information helps with the development of a treatment plan that is aligned with your goals and values.

Our first session

During the first session, my main goal is to establish a foundation of trust and rapport with you. We will engage in an initial conversation where I will ask you questions about your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy.
