I am a strength-based counselor who embraces play, music, movement, media, and art in therapy alongside evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Structural Family Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
