Hi there, I'm James!

My style is natural, affirming, and committed to meeting your needs. I work with trauma, relationship struggles, and mental health challenges using approaches that help you find resolution rather than just coping.

My focus

I work with individuals facing any mental health disorder or life disturbance, especially those affected by childhood experiences. I help couples learn what healthy relationships require and practice exercises to strengthen unity and safety with one another.

My approach

I use a Neurophysiological Regulation Model to help you understand how your mind and body respond to stress and trauma. We identify root causes and work toward resolution. Schema Therapy uncovers childhood belief systems affecting you today. For couples, I use the Gottman Method to resolve struggles and build healthy patterns.
