My focus

My ideal clients are anyone who needs help with their issues. Everyone has barriers to therapy. It's my intent to help break those barriers so we can focus on the issues at hand and build a life worth living.

My approach

My approach is to make you feel comfortable, build rapport, and earn your trust every session. I meet you where you are because it's your therapy journey. I believe in accountability and will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. I encourage you to meet your treatment plan goals.

My communication style

My communication style is direct while showing compassion. I set the tone that therapy is a journey at your pace. I'll never take you where I want you to go but rather accompany you with applicable coping skills and various skillsets.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey started as someone who struggled with mental health issues. I understand what it feels like to not want help from someone you don't feel will understand. I can relate. My purpose is to bridge that gap by being relatable, compassionate, and able to challenge you to become better.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals through collaborative treatment planning. This means you have absolute input in your treatment plan, and I help you through assessments, accountability, and monthly to quarterly evaluations.

Our first session

First session will consist of introductions aimed at building rapport, trust, and getting comfortable with each other. It will also consist of understanding your purpose for therapy and how we proceed further.
