I have an extensive holistic background that I love applying to help you realize your best health. I integrate herbal, functional, and nutritional medicine with psychiatric mental health care to support your well-being.

We are a team. I am here as your advocate and a guide to move you forward beyond the challenges you are facing. We have to maximize your health using all tools, nutrition, exercise, medication, counseling, and other tools. I know that by seeking help, you are dedicated to helping improve your life.

It is important to me to help you maximize the quality of your life. This means understanding your life experience and helping you identify your life goals. Together, we will work to help you progressively improve your health to open the doors to your dreams. You are a unique person, and we need to work together to support your journey in life.

My communication style

Creating an environment of support and comfort is who I am. I care about the individuals I work with; however, I also care enough to help people reflect on difficult issues. Mental health care is more than just medications and talking; it is about working through challenges, setting goals, using all the tools available.

My journey to mental healthcare

I love continuously learning so I can apply holistic, comprehensive evidence-based medicine for the benefit of clients. I have training in counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, herbal and functional medicine, and Nutritional Therapy practitioner, plus other training. All human beings have mental health needs.

My goals for you

I am here to help you enjoy your life. Together, we will set goals, identify steps to meet those goals, and then work to implement the steps. Moving forward is not a straight line. I am here to support clients in moving forward to greater levels of enjoyment. Life's journey is not a straight line. I am here to help you in your journey.

Our first session

We have a lot of work to do together. During the first visit, I want to know what you hope to gain by seeking out care and what the top issues are for you. I will take a very detailed history, and we will set some preliminary goals. At the first visit, I want to make sure we have at least one step to move you forward toward your goal(s).
