I work with clients of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, grief and loss, or life transitions. I help people develop practical skills they can use throughout their lives to manage challenges and reach their goals.

I work with people of all ages, from young children to older adults. I'm most comfortable treating anxiety, depression, substance use, grief and loss, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting caregivers experiencing stress and burnout.
My approach
My approach is tailored to each client's individual needs. I most commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I strongly believe in teaching skills clients can use throughout their lives, drawing from techniques like Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
