My communication style

I prioritize clear and open communication. I can be direct when needed and challenge you to consider other perspectives without compromising your beliefs. We'll determine together where a session is going but how to get there can shift as needed.

My journey to mental healthcare

Prior to becoming a therapist I was a resource parent for children in transition. I provided care for children whose families were in transitions or in recovery. It was AWESOME! Over the years a collection of volunteer roles, teaching, and more lead me to become a therapist in 2023.

My goals for you

I will help you reach your goals through reflection and exploration of relational patters. Supporting your goals and providing necessary tools toward them can be the loose structure for our sessions.

Our first session

A first session with me includes guidance and information about therapy, questions about who you are and what brought you to seek support and designing a plan together to incorporate your goals.
