Hi there, I'm Sheehan!

I am a licensed mental health counselor in NH. I have worked with teens, adults, and families in many capacities over the last 15 years. I attempt to meet clients where they are at and offer a supportive environment to meet their therapeutic goals.

My focus

I work with older teens 12+, adults, families, and couples. With conditions ranging from executive functioning, anxiety, and depression, to trauma and grief.

My approach

I use a client-centered approach, which means that the time and space I provide in therapy is driven by you. I may offer directions and support, and ultimately, “you drive the bus.” I am trained in many cognitive approaches and like to keep my skills and approach to therapy varied.
