I work with adults struggling with PTSD, C-PTSD, OCD, anxiety, relationship issues, self-harming behavior, addiction, and other stressful life events. I'm allied with LGBTQ+ clients and welcome people from all backgrounds.

I use evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Exposure & Response Prevention, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to provide effective, up-to-date treatment tailored to your unique needs and help you move toward healing.
