Hi there, I'm Aimie!

Starting this journey takes bravery and trust. My goal is to help you find the places in your life where you have choice and help empower you to make the changes that have felt just out of reach. Thank you for taking the time to see what I have to offer.

My focus

I work with teens and adults who are struggling with unhelpful trauma responses, relationship issues, and navigating life transitions. I have experience helping people differently manage and cope with the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

My approach

I see each person as an individual and treat them as such. My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and prioritizes Solution-Focused Therapy. Many strategies are associated with CBT as well as other modalities, including DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing.
