Hi there, I'm Hannah!

As a therapist, I am passionate about fostering genuine connections and supporting individuals on their journey towards self-discovery. Taking the first step is scary, and I am proud of you for doing it! I believe in the power of empathy, compassion, and creating a non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences.

My focus

Have you been struggling with anxious thoughts, negative self-doubt, depression, gender issues, and/or behavioral issues? I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults who are managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and those seeking support for self-esteem.

My approach

My approach is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, empowering clients to discover their inner resources and build confidence, as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to help them identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, and Mindfulness Therapy.
