My patients often struggle with perfectionism, anxiety, depression, getting stuck on specific thoughts, or nervous habits like skin or hair pulling. If you are feeling unfulfilled or making choices based on fears and not your values, I can help you by building your coping skills, challenging your fears, and increasing your self-confidence.
My approach
I use an eclectic approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. These approaches teach coping skills, experiential learning, and inhibitory learning. Which skills I teach are unique based on your therapeutic goals.
