I apply a holistic approach to therapy. Recognizing that our body and mind can sometimes be misaligned, I advocate for a blend of introspective mindfulness and movement-based techniques for clients to explore.
My focus
I work with individuals aged 18 and older. I have experience treating anxiety and panic disorders, depression, identity issues, sports psychology, adjustment and grief, stress management, low self-esteem, focus and motivation issues, relationship dynamics, social skills, and trauma processing.
My approach
I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach to empower individuals in addressing challenges. My theoretical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.
