My goal is to guide you toward a reduction in symptoms like depression and anxiety, so you can move forward toward a happier, more fulfilling life.
My focus
I work with adults struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, postpartum depression and anxiety, career changes, retirement, health challenges, or loss. I support mothers and families from conception to a year post-birth with their mental health needs.
My approach
My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, focusing on coping skills to address stress and anxiety. I help you address situations in ways that allow you to move forward rather than feel stuck. I also use Motivational Interviewing to explore your choices and decision-making, and borrow from Mindfulness traditions to help you live in the moment.
