My clinical work focuses on identifying unhelpful thought patterns, habits, and beliefs while building practical coping tools. I believe in taking a collaborative, grounded approach to help clients achieve lasting progress.

Therapy is about telling the truth. Listening for it, discovering it, and acknowledging it with the help of someone who makes that possible through trust.

In our sessions, I primarily utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices to help you build practical coping tools, process difficult transitions, and foster deeper self-compassion. My goal is not to 'fix' you, but to walk alongside you as a guide toward strengthening resilience.
