I have experience working with individuals and couples, with a concentration on women and BIPOC. I am attuned to the distinct needs of my clients, and I'm committed to providing care delivered in an environment that is safe, secure, compassionate, non-judgmental, and culturally aware.
My focus
Many of the people I work with are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, or racial trauma. My goal is to help them develop insights and learn tools to manage their past, current, and future realities and life transitions.
My approach
I see each person I work with as a distinct individual, and not as a diagnosis. I use Cognitive Behavior, Mindfulness, Motivational, and Solution-Focused therapy to assist each person in achieving a lasting improvement in their quality of life.
