I focus on person-centered solutions for universal problems, as we all need help at some point in our lives. I work with people facing a wide range of challenges and believe in meeting you where you are with compassion and clarity.
My focus
I have worked with adolescents and youth, the homeless population, with victims of domestic and partner violence, HIV/ AIDS patients, couples, the incarcerated, and am comfortable and supportive of the LGBTQI community with appreciation and respect for people of all colors, genders, sexual orientations, and nationalities.
My approach
I am down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I focus on the issues at hand, at what short-term and long-term solutions can be harnessed to get a positive result. I am direct and focused on a person-centered approach with a reality therapy technique, as I believe honesty and being realistic a good ways to start to feel better.
