I commonly use the therapeutic approach of cognitive behavioral therapy in my therapy sessions. I also utilize strengths-based approaches as well as motivational interviewing skills.

My communication style

Due to being trauma-informed, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment to help my clients process their wants, needs, and stressors. By creating this type of trauma-informed care, the goal is to allow my clients the opportunity to share their experiences without preconceived judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to be an advocate for teens and young adults. I enjoy guiding people through different phases of their lives while helping them develop and harness skills that will propel them closer to their goals for the future.
