Passionate about mental health advocacy, especially in a time where mental health is the number one priority, I'm driven to help individuals seek the best version of themselves. I'm driven by seeing others grow within their unique self.

My goals for you

Much of my work comes from trauma-focused and narrative therapy, where I see clients for who they are and not their struggles. I aim to help you accept all parts of yourself and learn to channel your inner conviction and purpose. I believe we each inherently have everything we need to heal and thrive in our own way.

Our first session

I truly believe in building therapeutic rapport by getting to know who you are, your hobbies, and your goals. I often use Narrative Therapy to get to know your story and your true self through your own language. During treatment, I'll help you learn to reconstruct trauma experiences by reframing negative beliefs and promoting a sense of control.
