Hi there, I'm Daisy!

My approach to therapy is person-centered, and I want to meet my clients wherever they may be. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and comfortable with different cultures and backgrounds. My goal is to make my clients feel safe and seen in session.

My focus

I have experience working with adolescents, families, and adults. My areas of specialty are trauma, depression, and anxiety; however, I am comfortable working with eating disorders, cultural and identity issues.

My approach

My theoretical approach is psychodynamic; I relate much of my work to family history and identifying balance within life. I pull a lot from Adlerian therapy; however, this viewpoint does not shy me away from CBT/DBT/MI/REBT.
