My communication style

My communication strengths lie in my active listening and empathy. I approach my clients in a very open and non-judgmental way. I welcome my clients and make them feel at home and ready to open up. I am always happy to educate my clients about their disease process, risk factors, treatment options, and disease prevention.

My journey to mental healthcare

With my education, knowledge, and extensive experience in mental healthcare, I have developed a profound understanding of the intricacies and challenges of mental health disorders across the lifespan. My passion led me to pursue a Master's degree in Psychiatry/Mental Health, currently board-certified in AZ, NM, TX, OR, WA, and many more.

My goals for you

My goal is to create a therapeutic and supportive environment where my clients feel safe to express their thoughts and feelings without judgment, and to offer telepsychiatry focused on improving and promoting better lives for them. My vision is to improve access to quality mental health care while considering and empowering mental well-being.

Our first session

In the first session, patients can expect a welcoming and secure environment where they can begin to discuss their mental health concerns. This initial meeting focuses on building a therapeutic relationship and gathering comprehensive information about the patient's medical history, current symptoms, and overall life circumstances.
