I'm a BIPOC clinician, a mom to two boys and two cats, and a believer in positive vibes and healing energy. Most importantly, I'm real, not perfect. I work with people from all walks of life to help them heal and grow.
My focus
I specialize in working with teens and transitional-aged youth, the LGBTQIA+ population, couples and families, parents, and adults. I address issues such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, parenting, relationships, self-esteem, self-care, and trauma.
