I work with clients of all ages, specializing in children ages 4-17 and their families, as well as older adults. My sessions focus on attachment and relationship building, effective communication, resilience, and the ability to persevere and overcome challenges.
My focus
I work with clients presenting with neurodevelopmental disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, trauma and stressor-related disorders, feeding and eating disorders, substance use, personality disorders, and disruptive or impulse-control concerns.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, promoting self-awareness and self-acceptance. I use Circle of Security Parenting, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Conscious Discipline.
