Thanks for stopping by. Let me start by saying that you are on the right path to a better you and a well-balanced individual. Seeking help is not easy. If you are ready to stop feeling sad or upset, or to set some boundaries for those people who don't respect your voice. You are in the right spot. I am Licensed in both California and Nevada.

My focus

I work with couples, individuals, children as young as 3 years old, and athletes. With couples, I treat infidelity, changes when you bring in a baby, or blended family issues. I also work with men who are struggling with performance anxiety and assertiveness.

My approach

I primarily work with couples and athletes. My approach with couples is using the Gottman method. When I work with individuals, I am very much client-centered. I do have a background in trauma focus, and I am eclectic when needed. For children, I utilized play therapy and sand tray.
