Hi there, I'm Ayse!

I help adults who seem strong on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or not enough inside. Using trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR, ART, Schema Therapy, and IFS-informed therapy, I offer a warm, culturally responsive space to heal, grow, and reconnect with your authentic self.

My focus

I support adults affected by complex trauma, PTSD, attachment wounds, and difficult family dynamics. Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, low self-worth, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Our work focuses on creating safety, trust, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

My approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed.Together, we create a personalized treatment plan using a holistic approach. We will work at a safe pace to heal, build skills, and reconnect with your authentic self.
