I specialize in providing support to adults and adolescents, most often experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and anger management concerns. Additionally, I work with clients dealing with grief, stress management, self-esteem, and various life transitions.

My most commonly used theoretical approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Strength-Based approaches. Utilizing these different techniques allows me to tailor my approach to my client's needs.

My journey in the mental health field has been both diverse and fulfilling. My experience spans private practice, school settings, and community mental health, giving me the privilege of supporting individuals and families of all ages.
