Feeling relaxed, safe, and supported is fundamental to my practice. As an active listener, I hold a safe space for you to express your thoughts and concerns. My goal is for you to feel secure while also challenging negative beliefs that could be inhibiting change. I am interested in you, your story, and seeing you through your journey.

My journey towards becoming a therapist started as a client. An amazing therapist had a profound impact on my life, which led me towards my passion to help others. My dedication to the field is founded in my commitment to my clients' healing and achieving their life goals.

I will provide you with support and encouragement throughout this process. You are not alone, and we will approach it together.

Our first session

Our initial session will be a chance to discuss your expectations in a warm and welcoming environment. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, potential goals, and address any questions or concerns. We will begin to develop a therapeutic rapport as we create a plan for positive change in your life.
