I do not set an agenda or use a structured weekly protocol. I ask clients to come prepared to discuss past, present, or future concerns.

My foundation is based on humanistic theories, and I draw from sports psychology principles that align with work-life balance. Sessions can be challenging and direct when needed, always culturally relevant and goal-oriented.
