Hi there, I'm Holly!

I work with a variety of populations across their life span. My therapeutic interventions are evidence-based and specific to the needs of the individual. My professional experiences have included working with individuals and couples.

My focus

I frequently work with adult individuals struggling with the following issues: anxiety and panic disorders, depression, grief and loss, marriage and partnerships, personal growth, and self-esteem.

My approach

My therapeutic interventions are evidence-based and specific to the needs of the individual. These include cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, mood and stress management, and psychoeducation. I am very fortunate to be doing what I love.

My communication style

My approach is client-focused and empathetic. I believe that if you are provided with safe and affirming space, you are capable of doing anything. The feedback that I receive from my clients is that they feel comfortable and safe addressing some of their most personal and difficult struggles.

My journey to mental healthcare

I feel as though I was born to be a therapist, but didn't realize it until I took my first human psychology course. From that point on, I was very clear in my professional journey. I am blessed to have a job that I look forward to going to every day.

I work with my clients collaboratively to develop realistic and achievable goals designed specifically for the individual and what is most important in their growth process.

Our first session

The first session is an assessment that provides me with an overall picture of the client's life. It also allows them to get a feel for my personality, as well as begin to develop a positive therapeutic rapport.
