My focus
I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related concerns. I have extensive experience with neurodiverse populations and apply developmentally appropriate, strengths-based strategies. When I work with kids and teens, I partner closely with families to create consistency across therapy, home, and school.
My approach
I use an integrative and personalized approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neuro Emotional Technique and aspects of Internal Family Systems. These methods help us build emotional regulation, process trauma, and develop sustainable tools for coping with stress, anxiety, and behavioral challenges.
