My journey to mental healthcare

My path to the therapy room began with service. Straight out of high school, I joined the military and spent more than a decade as an intelligence analyst, piecing together data that often revealed the hidden human toll of conflict on marriages and families.

My goals for you

Goal-setting is a joint venture that starts in our first meeting. Together we translate your hopes—“feel less on edge,” “trust each other again,” “stop replaying the past”—into clear, measurable targets that we revisit often.

Our first session

Our first meeting is equal parts conversation and roadmap-building. I begin by welcoming you into a calm, private space and walking through confidentiality, consent, and what you can expect from the therapy process.
