I am an interactive, client-centered therapist and utilize EMDR, CBT, and EFT in my practice. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback in a non-judgmental setting to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have worked with elementary, middle, and high school students and served as facilitator for group therapy in anger management, social skills, and changing families. I have loved every minute of it.
