I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples who are navigating grief and loss, anxiety, stress and burnout, relationship issues, and medical trauma. Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients sort through difficult experiences and move toward wellness and healing.
My focus
I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, particularly medical trauma. This often shows up as anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, caregiver fatigue, and hypochondria. I help clients navigate these challenges and build skills to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook.
My approach
I tailor my approach to each client and the issues they bring to therapy. I most frequently use cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, as both allow us to distinguish what's real from what's not and work through hardships so you can achieve your goals.
