I meet you where you are and work together to achieve your goals using CBT, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused approaches.

I'll be getting to know you while allowing you to get to know me as your therapist. I'll ask questions to better understand your needs and where you are currently at in life, and give you space to ask questions as well.
