I emphasize autonomy, accountability, and responsibility in your healthcare, matched with our collaborative efforts.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a minority, mental health was not discussed in my family. I was the first to seek treatment, becoming both a trauma victim and survivor. My daughter also experienced a traumatic crime, which led me to understand the nuances of mental health and its profound impact. This work is deeply meaningful to me.

We will discuss your unique needs, priorities, and the changes you'd like to see. Together, we'll develop a realistic plan to help you reach your goals, recognizing that they may evolve. You have the autonomy to steer our collaborative work, with me offering guidance and support as your partner.
