I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals and couples heal trauma, reconnect with themselves, and build emotionally secure, fulfilling relationships. My work is rooted in deep attunement, nervous-system regulation, and creating a space where you can finally exhale and feel truly seen.
My focus
Adults and couples navigating trauma, postpartum adjustment, anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and relationship distress. I have a special passion for LGBTQ+ clients and those healing attachment wounds and healing trauma.
My approach
Integrative and trauma-informed, blending attachment work, EMDR, somatic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness. I focus on helping clients feel safe in their bodies, understand their patterns, and build secure, connected relationships.
