My early interest in helping others led me to study psychology and pursue a career in social work. I have gained valuable insights from working with clients of all ages, often surpassing what I learned in school. I am eager to continue learning alongside you.

Our first session

During our first meeting, we'll introduce ourselves and discuss your background, reasons for seeking therapy, and goals. It's normal to feel nervous, but we'll navigate the process together moving forward.
