I’m a queer, ethically non-monogamous trauma therapist specializing in DID, complex trauma, somatic therapy, relationships, and psychedelic integration. I work with individuals and couples looking for therapy that makes room for all of who they are. Come open, leave free.

I work best with adults navigating complex trauma, DID/dissociation, relationship challenges, identity, and major life transitions. I especially welcome queer and ethically non-monogamous clients seeking a space where they don’t have to explain or minimize who they are to receive meaningful, affirming care.
My approach
My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, relational, and culturally responsive. I create a collaborative space where clients can safely explore patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and understand the roots of their experiences. I honor each person’s identity, autonomy, lived experience, and capacity for healing.
