I have experience working across all realms of psychotherapy. My focus is on providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps you navigate life's challenges and restore balance to yourself, your family, and your community.

My focus

I have completed training in specific skills related to adult survivors of mass shootings and PTSD for first responders, active military, veterans, and correctional workers. My specialized training also includes depression, anxiety, eating disorders, infertility concerns, and treatment of judicial workers, civil servants, and academics.

My approach

My theoretical orientation is integrated and primarily based on psychoanalytic theory, trauma-informed focused care, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, strategic therapy, transgenerational family therapy, and existential therapy.
