I'm a dedicated therapist fluent in Spanish. My approach is truly eclectic, integrating different theories to assist clients in their journey of improving overall well-being. I'm passionate about helping others, and my compassion is genuine.

My focus

I work with young adults, mature adults, and elderly populations. I have particular interest in relationship concerns, sexual trauma, diversity issues, grief and loss, spiritual concerns, life transitions, educational and career difficulties, anxiety, depression, substance-related issues, and family-of-origin concerns.

My theoretical orientation integrates psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, Cognitive Therapy, interpersonal, insight-oriented, client-centered, and multicultural theories. This eclectic approach allows me to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.

I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment, hoping to develop the trust and connection needed to promote mental health. I speak Spanish and welcome all individuals ready to work together to find the best approaches to improve their quality of life.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion and fascination with mental health emerged from my very first Psychology course. Throughout the years, I have seen the potential for growth and change that all of us possess. It is an honor to assist my clients with such transformation.

During your first visit, expect a quick review of informed consent and psychoeducation about the therapeutic process. I will gather additional information about your presenting concerns. I want to get to know you better to provide the best treatment plan for you.
