I work with individual adolescents, adults, and couples, specializing in stress, anxiety, and depression. I also enjoy helping teens and young adults with issues revolving around school and/or future planning. My goal is to help people help themselves by providing strategies and offering feedback during sessions.

I offer compassionate and professional support for individuals, children, adolescents, and families navigating life's complexities. From fostering healthy relationships to managing anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, trauma, gender identity, divorce, and grief/loss.
My approach
I use a client-centered approach, which means that the focus is on the client's needs and interests. I also incorporate a strengths-based approach - balancing one's strengths and potential solutions with the problems and issues that are brought to therapy. I am certified and trained in DBT, EMDR, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
