I use evidence-based modalities for treating trauma, anxiety, and other distressing life events. I utilize guided visualizations and expressive therapies such as bibliotherapy, art and music therapy, and sandplay therapy in conjunction with individualized client and group sessions.
My focus
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing cluster diagnoses, autism spectrum disorder, addictions, ADHD, anxiety, chronic pain or health issues, and trauma. I focus on treating the whole person through an integrated health and wellness, neurodiverse-affirming practice.
