I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I specialize in working with BIPOC communities, adolescents, and couples, using a collaborative and culturally responsive approach to strengthen relationships and emotional well-being.
My focus
I work with adults, adolescents, and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My passion lies in helping the Black community, individuals in underserved communities, the unhoused, ministry leaders, and young adults reclaim well-being and find balance in their lives.
My approach
I integrate CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you identify and reframe emotional experiences, thought patterns, and behaviors. As both a therapist and pastor, I offer Christian counseling when requested, drawing on biblical principles and spiritual reflection to create a foundation for meaningful growth.
