Hi there, I'm Keasha!

Dr. Walton Ellis strongly believes in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can feel heard and understood. She tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and or couple.

My focus

When clients begin working with me, I want them to know that our time together is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and compassion. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where people feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

My approach

My approach is relational and strengths-based — I believe that everyone has an innate capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to help uncover and strengthen those abilities. Progress can look different for everyone, but common themes include increased self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and stronger boundaries.
